Back to Norm
Episode Synopsis: Norm gets freed from the lamp by Mr. Crocker, and the two work together to get revenge on Timmy. As part of their alliance, Norm tells Crocker that he can actually grant wishes for more wishes, despite claims to the contrary, and Crocker takes advantage of this loophole to wish for all the materials needed for their shared revenge. Just like Wile E. Coyote, however, Crocker's wishes for fairy-catching and Timmy-smashing inventions keep backfiring on him, and Crocker's consistant wishing for more wishes from Norm nearly drives the genie into having a nervous breakdown. Eventually, Norm quits working with Crocker and sends him to Mars (which he kept suggesting to Crocker to send Timmy to throughout the episode).
Fairy Idol
This TV movie features Norm as the main villian.
Fairy Idol is Norm's last appearance. He is now the servant of the Mayor of Dimmsdale. During the second wish taking place, he reads a book that Cosmo gave him, Da Rules. In it, he finds that if a fairy godparent quits, the position is open to any magical creature.
After becoming genie of Chester, and tricking him, he tricks Timmy into spending time with Chester. The clone of Timmy that replaces Timmy in school eventually makes Cosmo and Wanda quit, and Norm laughs as his plan works.
Jorgen von Strangle arrives, but zaps the clone's memory, not Timmy's (who is hiding in the closet).
In the finals of Fairy Idol, Norm plays the song Give me the Wand, which Cosmo actually interrupts, and they both sing at the same time. Cosmo and Wanda win, but Norm distracts Jorgen and Cosmo and Wanda get in an "accident"(in reality, a incident).
Norm becomes godparent of Chester, and Chester eventually wishes Timmy was Norm's godchild. But Timmy refuses to make any wishes and after two weeks, Norm explodes from magical buildup (Embarrassingly enough, in frount of two female genies). He is forced to grant Timmy's wish, which is Cosmo and Wanda back to being his godparent. But then Norm quits before he grants the wish. Jorgen comes and rips out Norms wings. Then he wipes Timmy's memory.
Then Chester appears and he still has one last genie wish. He wishes everything was back to normal. Norm is wished back into the lamp, and that's the last we see of Norm.
